We Are a Culture of We
At Koru, we work in service of others and have each others’ backs. We check our egos at the door, are positive (but not pollyannish), and err on the side of being overly transparent. We do the work we love, and make time for the things we care about. We are a culture of we. Join us.
Koru is looking for a Application Developer to join our team in the development of our technology solutions that help employers hire, develop, and retain the best talent. Our hiring science measures essential applicant competencies beyond GPA, major, and college reputation. Koru has developed proprietary IP to measure these competencies and is working with world leading companies to use it to transform the way they hire.
What you’ll be working on in the first 12 months:
1. New versions of our Koru Hire AI-based hiring dashboard. You will be coding in a modern architecture comprised of NodeJS, micro-services, and Postgres on AWS that is heavily integrated into our predictive analytics and machine learning data science. You will be contributing new features, bug fixes, and other solutions.
2. Working closely with the entire product team to deliver engaging and delightful user experiences for hiring the best possible talent with the widest diversity footprint. You will have an active voice product development and ownership for the overall quality of our product.
